Riding zones.

The GONOW app shows where you can ride, slow down and park. Check the map before setting off - the zones can vary by city.

Parking zone

Finish your ride in a green parking zone shown in the app. Leave the scooter upright and keep walkways clear.

Restricted / no-parking zone

Red areas are restricted. Do not ride or park here; follow the boundaries shown on the map.

Slow zone

The scooter automatically slows down in yellow areas. Take extra care around other people.

Service area

The black boundary marks where GONOW operates. Stay inside it to keep your ride going.

Parking matters..

Parking rules are local and vary between cities – check the GONOW app to find out what applies in your area.

Parking tips.

  • Keep sidewalks, curb ramps, driveways and building entrances fully clear.
  • Park in a marked GONOW parking zone or a bike corral when one is available.
  • Drop the kickstand and take the in-app parking photo to end your ride - bad parking can attract a fee.
